Job Title: Facility & CI Assistant Manager
Job Description:
• Participate in the development, implementation and maintenance of the GMPI The Durant Guild brand CI manual
• Participate in the establishment, maintenance, and improvement of facilities standards for GMPI The Durant Guild City Showroom POS and Boutique
• Responsible for the design, reporting and approval of projects within the jurisdiction
• Communicate and coordinate with GM China and North America departments
• Responsible for the progress report of the project in the jurisdiction, prepare monthly, weekly and irregular reports as required by the management
• Responsible for the acceptance and rectification of projects within the jurisdiction, as well as the archiving and management of all relevant documents

• Construction progress management, regular on-site inspection, and final audit, responsible for project quality and project delivery time
• Review the change control process and track/record all requested changes, quotes and approvals
• Responsible for reviewing the project budget and settlement of the project under my jurisdiction
• Participate in the weekly meeting of the project under my control and manage the weekly report of the project management company
• Coordinate with government departments to meet local regulatory requirements
• Responsible for relevant GMPI process compliance throughout the project, advising on process development and maintenance requirements
• Actively handle cross-departmental communication to support the start-up preparation of the new facility
• Research and continuous improvement of facility usage status
• Other tasks assigned by department manager
Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above (spatial design or architectural engineering related is preferred)
Project management engineering certificate or related certificate is preferred
More than 5 years working experience in automotive industry, facilities management or network distribution experience is preferred, high-end brand experience is preferred
Familiar with MS Office, AutoCAD, 3DMax, Vray, or MS Project
Fluent in Mandarin and English
