The Role
This job is an opportunity that will continue to progress your business knowledge, technical ability, and career aspirations. The CCA Product Lifecycle Management team seeks critical thinkers adept at taking the initiative and working in an environment of ambiguity. This position will be responsible for performing data analysis and providing recommendations/business cases for scrap strategy and planning. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical ability utilizing SQL, Python, Power BI, & KNIME to analyze data and create tools to improve existing business processes. This individual will gain an understanding of managing a part through the entire product lifecycle and be provided learning opportunities in CCA Supply Chain processes and data environments.

You will act as a liaison between purchasing, engineering, warehousing/manufacturing, logistics and suppliers to resolve issues and to provide support.
What You'll Do (Responsibilities):
- Ensure business objectives are met or exceeded in all areas including customer availability, CCA scrap budget, E&O identification, and lifecycle planning.
- Create recommendations and scrap plans to leadership through data analysis.
- Develop reports and tools such as SQL, Python, & KNIME that spans all areas of supply chain
- Work cross functionally with team members to ensure on-time delivery of business results.
- Ability to understand impact of cross functional supply chain teams on the entire part lifecycle.
- Taking the initiative to drive necessary change in existing business processes.
- Ability to connect kpis, develop strategies that cross multiple organizations and just as important gaining alignment to achieve both customer and enterprise goals
- Ability to sustain current reporting, team specific tools/systems and leading data insights and projects
- Lead and support innovation changes on current processes that unlocks insights into structural cost reduction opportunities, overall budget impact and strategies
Additional Description
What You'll Do (Responsibilities):
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields (required).
- Working knowledge and cross functional experience in Operations, Finance, IT and or Supply Chain.
- 2+ years of applicable work experience based on the above description
- Previous experience working in operations at a CCA facility or similar warehousing environment.
- Ability to determine technical requirements for tool building through engagements with stakeholders and meet project deadlines.
- Strong analytical and communication skills in gathering/validating data from correct environments and connecting it/providing supply chain insights and value.
- Knowledge of data mining/analytics, automation, visualization, and relational databases.
- Familiar working inside Oracle SQL Developer, Databricks, or a similar relational database environment.
- Understanding of creating reports and troubleshooting inside Power BI or Tableau.
- Ability to create meaningful insights from data and effectively communicate to peers & leadership.

- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) across organizations and leadership levels.
- Appropriate interpersonal styles and communication methods to work effectively with business partners to meet mutual goals.

- Demonstrated interpersonal capabilities working with multiple stakeholders who may have conflicting metrics and may ultimately require facilitating a compromise to reach the best solution.
- Thorough understanding of supply chain competing kpi's to enable a collaborative environment focused on driving results and innovation
- Must have demonstrated knowledge of dealing with ambiguity to handle requests from an idea, to quantitative analysis, to a strategic proposal
What Can Give You A Competitive Edge ( Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience working in a supply chain management function, preferably within CCA and or a retail environment
