Description
DUTIES:
Lead cross functional workgroups to understand test requirements and develop comprehensive test plans. Develop and maintain test scripts using Python for testing Flash Programming and Comms EIO. Execute test scripts and analyze test results to identify defects, performance issues, and areas for improvement. Manage the team backlog and define priority for implementation. Collaborate with cross functional workgroups to ensure test environment is properly setup. Work closely with software developers and system engineers to ensure test coverage and validate system functionality. Participate in test automation framework development and enhancement activities. Collaborate with the team to continuously improve test processes, methodologies, and tools. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in test automation and contribute to the adoption of new technologies and techniques. 3 days on-site; 2 days work from home. Must be able to report to local office

Additional Description
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field of study. Five (5) years of experience as a Software Engineer, or related occupation. Master's degree Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field of study and (2) two years of experience as a Software Engineer, or related occupation. One year of experience with Developing and executing test scripts using Python; understanding of system-level requirements and test cases; test automation frameworks and tools; software development lifecycle and testing methodologies; and Agile and Scrum methodologies.
