The Role
We are seeking a CNC Programmer/ Machinist to transform 3D models or blueprints into finished parts.
What You'll Do
- Program and set up tooling , perform basic inspections, and finish parts.
- Plan machining operations by studying work orders, blueprints, engineering plans, and material specifications.
- Program mills using manual G-Code Programming and CAM systems.
- Ensure part specifications by adhering to quality assurance procedures and processes.
- Maintain equipment by completing preventive maintenance as specified by the manufacturer's instructions.
- Contribute to organizational goals by accepting ownership and exploring opportunities to add value to the team.

What You'll Need (Required Qualifications)
- Minimum of 1 year machining experience on a 4-axis CNC mill.
- Extensive CAM software experience , preferably with Mastercam.
- Proficient in 3D surfacing techniques.
- Responsible for selecting tooling speeds and feeds .
- Experience with manual mills and lathes .
- Skilled in 4-axis CNC programming and operation .
- Knowledgeable in GD&T standards .
- Effective interpersonal skills to collaborate with colleagues from various disciplines and cultures.
- Strong organizational skills to communicate technical data to colleagues and leadership.
- Flexible availability to work day and afternoon shifts as required, including overtime.
- High level of analytical thinking .
What Will Give You A Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications)
- Proficient in operating and programming 4-axis CNC machines.
- Experience with both horizontal and vertical CNC machines .
- Familiarity with UG and TeamCenter .
- CNC lathe programming and operation experience
- Experience with controllers such as Fanuc, Haas, Hurco, Fadal, Makino, and Siemens.
- Understanding of the dynamic racing environment .
