CCA Outbound Logistics Analyst

Papel:

Responsável pelo gerenciamento de parceiros logísticos que executam o Transporte de Distribuição de Peças de Reposição no Brasil e na Argentina, o Analista de Operações deverá garantir aderência aos objetivos estabelecidos através de um sólido processo de gestão, parceria e inovação.

O que você irá fazer (responsabilidades)

  • Participar ativamente na elaboração de SOR's de Distribuição de Peças aos Concessionários e Distribuidores da General Motors
  • Identificar no mercado potenciais parceiros logísticos, elaborando Avaliações Técnicas que suportem a qualificação da empresa
  • Acompanhar ativamente a performance junto aos diversos provedores logísticos contratados visando garantir a entrega na data, sem danos ou extravios e no menor tempo de trânsito possível.
  • Coordenar, Monitorar e Reportar Indicadores Operacionais e Performance de Custo nos fóruns locais/regionais/globais, criando Planos de Ação focados e definindo melhores práticas
  • Identificar e implementar Iniciativas de Redução de Custo e Aumento de Eficiência Operacional, incluindo estudos econômicos para potenciais mudanças na malha de distribuição considerando novas referências de mercado e tecnologias inovadoras
  • Ampliar o desenvolvimento, uso de ferramentas e dados gerenciais obtidos através da Torre de Controle de Distribuição de Peças
  • Suportar as diversas áreas internas e concessionários na resolução de problemas diversos relacionados ao transporte e agilização de entrega de embarques críticos

Suas Competências e Habilidades (Qualificações Necessárias)

  • Formação Superior Completa em Engenharia, Administração de Empresas, Comercio Exterior, Economia ou áreas correlatas
  • Comunicação fluente em português, inglês e espanhol
  • Bons conhecimentos em PowerBI/Excel
  • Experiência comprovada em Logística e Cadeia de Suprimentos
  • Disponibilidade para viagens
  • Alto nível analítico e foco na Resolução de Problemas difíceis e não usuais
  • Relacionamento e Parceria
  • Comunicação e Trabalho em Equipe
  • Foco no cliente
  • Gestão de projetos
  • Alto nível de engajamento com os Comportamentos e Valores da General Motors

  • MBA ou pós-graduação em Logística/Cadeia de Suprimentos será um diferencial
