Work Arrangement: This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to GM Philippines office three times per week or other frequency dictated by the business.
The Role
The Business Systems Analyst role within the GBS T&E Transformation and Technology team is a pivotal position that drives efficiency and innovation in managing travel and expense processes. Transformation and Technology team is responsible for leading all system processes for SAP Concur, WalkMe and Hitpoint-Fapiaforce including project management, system enhancements, day-to-day activities, and other various transformation initiatives.

As a Business Systems Analyst in the Transformation and Technology team, you will be at the forefront of driving process improvements and implementing innovative solutions. You will be responsible for processing day-to-day operations for T&E systems, supporting end users and key stakeholders. You will also collaborate with area projects implementation, system enhancements, elaborate end user training materials and vendor management activities.
What You'll Do
- Create and prioritize SAP Concur/WalkMe/Hitpoint-Fapiaforce support tickets requests according to nature, urgency, and impact. Monitor the resolution for each support ticket
- Support T&E Help Desk team with Tier 2 level cases responses related to SAP Concur, WalkMe, and Hitpoint-Fapiaforce within SLA
- Build and generate reports for stakeholders to support business needs
- Reprocess Expense Reports in SAP Concur, identifying the root cause and ensuring reports are posted successfully in the General Ledger
- Create and modify SAP Concur User Profiles for GM and Non-GM users. Process password resets for non-GM users, access termination and reactivation request for GM and Non-GM user received in Microsoft PowerApps
- Responsible for SAP Concur system updates due to policy or regulatory changes (example: VAT, mileage rates, audit rules, translation, etc.)
- Participate in UAT related to any system(s) enhancements
- Work with IT business partners to trouble shoot SAP Concur/WalkMe/Hitpoint-Fapiaforce interface errors
- Working closely with Business Systems Lead to on day-to-day business systems activities and identify opportunities for system enhancements
- Processing, checking and correcting import log errors and unassigned credit card transactions
- Support Global Transformation and Technology Lead and SAP IT Leads in global and local projects
- Responsible to create/update systems end user training material
- Create, update and maintain Tier 2 level cases and Concur End User Surveys dashboard metrics
Additional Description
Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is required.
- Experience with developing and delivering training materials
- Experience working with a diverse and multi-cultural team
- Preferably with experience working for a multinational organization and colleagues internationally
- Proficiency in HR systems (Workday), SAP Concur, SAP, Sharepoint, Microsoft PowerApps, Microsoft Planner, Case Management, Knowledge Base, dashboard and reporting tools, and other HR management systems and tools.
- Experience with Power BI, including developing and maintaining dashboards and reports.
- Experience managing documentation of business processes including specifications, test scripts, training material, and change control.
