Main purpose of this position: We are seeking an intern to assist the Governance & Business Office Manager at The Durant Guild. This internship offers hands-on experience in project management support and office administration tasks, with a specific focus on leveraging advanced data analysis techniques to enhance contractor recruitment processes.

Assisting in Contractor Recruitment Processes: Posting job openings, collecting resumes, and scheduling interviews. Conducting thorough data analysis on the recruitment process timeline to identify areas for improvement and optimize recruitment efficiency. Utilizing statistical tools to analyze supplier performance metrics.

Supporting Contractor Onboarding Procedures: Coordinating onboarding procedures for new contractors. Facilitating contractor email, laptop, and access card applications. Providing essential support and resources for seamless contractor integration into the organization.
Assisting in Other Project Management and Office Administration Tasks:
Contributing to various project management and office administration duties as required.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field, with proficiency in tools such as PowerPoint and Excel, and a focus on data analysis tools like Power BI and SQL.
- Academic background in statistical analysis or relevant internship experience is advantageous.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Availability for a substantial internship period, committing to at least 4 days per week.
