Work Arrangement: Hybrid - 3 days on-site, 2 days remote (Full-Time)
Position Overview
As a Business Manager at General Motors, you will serve as a strategic liaison between GM, dealerships, and Independent Aftermarket (IAM) stores. You'll play a pivotal role in driving sales performance, enhancing customer satisfaction, supporting product launches, and fostering strong business relationships. Your consultative approach and analytical skills will support GM's dealer network in achieving their objectives and ensuring operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted liaison between General Motors, dealerships, and IAM partners.

- Provide coaching, mentoring, and consulting to help partners meet monthly and annual sales and service targets.
- Monitor and improve Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and other feedback mechanisms to address gaps and identify growth opportunities.
- Lead and support product launches by aligning marketing and advertising efforts between GM and its partners.
- Build and maintain effective business relationships to drive collaboration and performance.
- Ensure dealership personnel are trained and compliant with GM's standards and requirements.
- Support inventory management processes, including vehicle and parts ordering, inventory optimization, and balancing.
- Analyze dealer performance, market trends, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for revenue growth.
- Drive sales of GM vehicles and parts through strategic initiatives and customer engagement.
- Provide assistance in resolving customer concerns and issues promptly and professionally.
- Serve as acting Regional Manager as needed (e.g., during vacations or absences).
- Lead analysis and reporting related to the dealer network's performance and development.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Additional Description
Qu alifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- Proven experience as a Business Manager or in a similar consultative role.
- This position requires the ability to legally operate motor vehicle on a regular basis
