What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

Role Overview:

Perform data analysis, visualization, and process automation using artificial intelligence to support the Purchasing area. The candidate should be capable of translating business challenges into data-driven solutions, developing tools for team use, and driving digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and model data to structure and organize information effectively
  • Develop and automate data pipelines, reports, dashboards, and tools using Power BI, Python, Knime, Excel, Access, and other relevant platforms
  • Integrate data from multiple sources (e.g., Oracle, Databricks, Hive/Hue) to generate actionable insights
  • Design robust backend systems and intuitive, functional user interfaces
  • Ensure performance, reliability, and security of developed solutions
  • Maintain and enhance existing tools and reporting systems
  • Apply artificial intelligence techniques to automate repetitive tasks and optimize processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions
  • Document processes and maintain up-to-date internal systems and tools
  • Play a key role in the digital transformation journey of the Purchasing team

Y our Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Intermediate or higher level of English proficiency
  • Proven experience in data-related roles such as Data Analyst, Data Scientist, or related areas
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI preferred), including desktop and server deployment; experience with similar tools like IBM Cognos, Business Objects, Excel, and Access
  • Strong skills in data acquisition, ETL (e.g., Knime), modeling (Python, R), and SQL development
  • Advanced knowledge in managing and integrating relational and non-relational databases (e.g., Oracle, Hive, Databricks, proprietary systems)
  • Ability to design and implement both canned and ad-hoc reports, as well as complex dashboard solutions
  • Skilled in transforming complex data into practical, functional, and visually intuitive solutions
  • Strong organizational skills, proactivity, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Effective communication and collaboration across diverse teams and profiles
  • Commitment to meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum/Agile)
  • Ability to translate user needs into digitalization workstreams
