Analista Senior de Instalaciones de Concesionarios

Description

Híbrido: Para esta posición, se requiere presencia en sitio 3 veces por semana. El rol se desarrollará desde Colombia.

Responsabilidades:

  • Coordinar el desarrollo e implementación de estándares de marca, validación técnica de materiales y soporte a equipos técnicos de la Red.
  • Supervisar proyectos de infraestructura, reformas y aperturas de nuevos puntos, garantizando la viabilidad técnica y cumplimiento de directrices de la Marca.
  • Analizar y validar proyectos de expansión o actualización, promoviendo soluciones técnicas que mejoren la experiencia del cliente, sostenibilidad y seguridad.
  • Colaborar con áreas internas y externas para asegurar el alineamiento técnico y conceptual de los estándares de infraestructura.
  • Coordinar el proceso de calibración de instalaciones, identificando oportunidades de mejora y asegurando condiciones óptimas para nuevos procesos.
  • Mantener registros detallados de proyectos, presupuesto, proveedores, licitaciones y contratos, asegurando trazabilidad y control.
  • Desarrollar y actualizar manuales, comunicados y presentaciones para la divulgación de estándares y avances a la Red de Concesionarios y áreas internas.

Requisitos:

  • Formación profesional en Arquitectura.
  • Experiencia mínima de 5 años en gestión de proyectos de infraestructura, validación técnica y coordinación de estándares corporativos.
  • Conocimiento en procesos de licitación, gestión de proveedores y administración de contratos.
  • Habilidades de comunicación, liderazgo técnico y trabajo colaborativo en entornos multiculturales.
  • Disponibilidad para viajar y realizar reuniones presenciales o virtuales en los países asignados.
  • Dominio de herramientas de diseño, gestión de proyectos y presentaciones ejecutivas (Paquete de Office, Autocad, Revit, Illustrator, Photoshop e InDesign).
  • Inglés avanzado.

Requisitos Preferentes:

  • Portugués intermedio.
  • Power BI será un diferencial.
  • Haber trabajado en el área de instalaciones en fabricantes de automóviles será un diferencial.
