Responsabilidades Principais:

Gestão de Dados:

  • Coletar e analisar dados de absenteísmo;
  • Gerar relatórios que auxiliem na identificação de padrões e causas;
  • Usar analytics para case management;
  • Apresentar KPIs e fazer plano de ação para itens que requerem melhoria.

Gerenciamento de Casos:

  • Monitorar e coordenar casos específicos de absenteísmo.
  • Trabalhar em parceria com RH e líderes para implementar soluções eficazes, dando guide de como proceder e trazendo os casos para analise individual dentro da governança proposta.

Interação com Liderança:

  • Comunicar-se regularmente com os líderes para garantir que as políticas e processos de gestão de absenteísmo sejam seguidos corretamente.
  • Colaborar com líderes para identificar casos especiais e suportar ações assertivas.

Garantia de Processos:

  • Assegurar a implementação e manutenção dos processos de governança relacionados ao absenteísmo em todas as áreas da fábrica.
  • Monitorar processo e garantir escalonamento de exceções.

Programas de Engajamento:

  • Apoiar e, quando necessário, liderar iniciativas de engajamento para reduzir os níveis de absenteísmo e aumentar a motivação dos colaboradores.
  • Avaliar o impacto dos programas de engajamento por meio de feedback dos participantes e impactos nos resultados.

Gestão de Orçamento :

  • Avaliar o impacto dos programas de assiduidade por meio de feedback dos participantes, impactos nos resultados e redução do absenteísmo das plantas da GMB.

Pré-Requisitos:

  • Superior em Administração, Recursos Humanos, Psicologia, Direito, Data Analytics, Engenharias ou áreas afins.
  • Inglês intermediário;
  • Domínio em ferramentas de análise de dados (Excel, Power BI, Power Apps
  • Experiência em áreas como gestão de people analytics, preferencialmente em indústrias.
  • Experiência em análise de dados e elaboração de relatórios gerenciais;
  • Habilidades de comunicação verbal e escrita, com capacidade para trabalhar em equipe e influenciar stakeholders.
  • Capacidade de trabalhar de forma autônoma, com boa gestão do tempo e priorização de tarefas.

Diferenciais:

  • Experiência na indústria automotiva.
  • Conhecimento em sistemas de gestão de RH.
  • Conhecimento de processos de RH e legislação trabalhista (recomendado).
