Analista de Nomina

Responsabilidades:

- Conocimiento en legislación laboral de Colombia y cumplimento de acuerdos con los sindicatos.

- Apoyo a las tareas operativas de nómina y control de tiempo, incluyendo informes de necesidades legales (Nomina electrónica) y el conocimiento y la navegación del sistema ADP GV.

- Calculo y revisión de pagos de empleados y sus respectivos impuestos

- Apoyo e impartición de capacitaciones sobre procedimientos y políticas operativas nuevos o mejorados.

- Identificación de iniciativas de mejora de procesos y definición de estándares para nuevos procesos.

- Sustitución de miembros del equipo en funciones de respaldo durante vacaciones o esfuerzos de alto volumen de trabajo.

- Responsabilidad por la gestión continua de una relación de servicio al cliente en un área de la empresa como principal punto de contacto para nuestros clientes.

- Brindar el servicio de calidad a nuestros empleados en general

Additional Description

Requisitos excluyentes:

  • Educación: Graduado universitario con énfasis en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Industrial, o carreras afines.
  • +1 año de experiencia en puestos similares.
  • Conocimiento en la legislación vigente de Colombia.
  • Microsoft Office: nivel intermedio.
  • Inglés: nivel intermedio.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar en Bogotá, Colombia, en régimen híbrido (3 veces por semana presencial: martes, miércoles y jueves).

Requisitos deseables:

  • Conocimientos en idioma portugués.
  • Conocimientos en Data Tools/PowerBI/Manejo de bases de datos.
