Description
Hybrid: This position requires on-site presence three times per week.
What you will do (Responsibilities):
- Plan and manage parts logistics based on demand, serving the Chevrolet Logistics Centers in Argentina and Brazil, as well as Chevrolet Dealers in both countries.
- Develop action plans and coordinate with international suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery, including managing delivery windows.
- Analyze parts programming using SAP, including demand forecasting, safety stock, inventory levels, and ABC curve analysis.
- Monitor the entire supply chain: suppliers, logistics providers, and customs.
- Manage special import requirements such as INMETRO, import licenses, and certificates of origin.
- Identify improvement opportunities by analyzing inventory, minimum lot sizes, forecasts, and demand.
- Track supplier performance and maintain strong interfaces with purchasing, logistics, customs, engineering, and warehouse teams.
- Develop strategies to resolve critical cases in collaboration with engineering, including optional parts and OEM transfers, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Explore alternative solutions for customer service, including network part purchases and replacements.
- Participate in S&OP meetings to align with marketing plans, sales campaigns, demand shifts, and inventory reduction strategies.

Your skills and abilities (Required Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Foreign Trade, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields.
- Advanced knowledge of supply chain management, international trade (import/export), and financial principles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP, with advanced skills in Excel and Access.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Core competencies: Results orientation, urgency, negotiation, decision-making agility, teamwork, perseverance, proactivity, analytical thinking, and resilience.
What can give you a competitive edge (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's degree in Business Administration or Logistics.
- Certifications in supply chain or international trade.
- Experience in the automotive or logistics industry.
- Familiarity with customs regulations and logistics performance indicators (KPIs).
