Work Arrangement:
This role is categorized as hybrid. The successful candidate is expected to report to the office at minimum three times per week, or as otherwise dictated by business needs, with the option to work remotely up to two times per week.
Your Role:
As the Accessories Sales Manager, you will lead the growth and transformation of the accessories business across GM Middle East Operations (MEO). You will be responsible for developing and executing a robust regional sales plan, enabling dealer success, and driving digital innovation. Your efforts will directly support GM's vision of establishing MEO as a regional hub for accessories development and commercialization, while contributing to EBIT growth through high-margin revenue streams.

What You'll Do:
- Define and implement regional accessories sales strategies to drive wholesale and retail revenue.
- Deliver on volume and financial targets by increasing penetration and performance across GM nameplates.
- Establish strong performance metrics and reporting mechanisms to track and improve results.
- Build and manage strong relationships with GM dealer partners across the region.
- Train and support dealer sales teams to promote accessories as part of the vehicle sales process.
- Promote accessory integration as part of vehicle content to boost upsell opportunities.
- Drive portfolio growth by leveraging regional development capabilities and enhancing sales competitiveness.
- Establish and maintain a comprehensive merchandising strategy tailored to local market needs.
- Support the integration and launch of planned second-stage accessory installations (e.g., LD PU - Silao plant initiative).
- Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to shape product and pricing strategies.
- Develop customer-centric retail programs and promotions to increase conversion rates and satisfaction.
- Support the development of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing strategies to modernize the go-to-market approach.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (IT, Marketing, Logistics, Finance) to enable seamless experiences.
Your Skills & Abilities:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in sales operations, business development, or a related field, preferably within the automotive or accessories sector.
- Proven track record in developing and executing sales strategies and driving revenue growth.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret market data and trends.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience building and managing dealer or partner relationships.
- Experience with digital sales channels, e-commerce, and digital marketing is highly desirable.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Self-starter with a bias for action, capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
