Le rôle :
Le Centre de distribution de pièces de Montréal est à la recherche d'un superviseur étudiant responsable, travailleur et extraverti pour un groupe de taille moyenne d'employés horaires pour nos opérations d'entrepôt ! Vous serez responsable de l'expédition et/ou de la réception des pièces en temps opportun grâce à une utilisation efficace de la main-d'œuvre et de l'équipement. Le candidat sélectionné assurera le mentorat et le soutien de tout le personnel de l'entrepôt.
Responsabilités clés :
- Maintenir la sécurité et les bonnes pratiques d'entretien ménager
- Tenir des registres pour suivre et améliorer les performances du département
- Implication active dans le fonctionnement de l'entrepôt
- Aider à la planification et à l'ordonnancement du personnel du département
- Participer à la formation, aux réunions du personnel et à la supervision du personnel avec les conseils du superviseur général
- Maintenir la sensibilisation aux normes de qualité, communiquer les objectifs de qualité du département et exploiter les ressources pour résoudre les problèmes de qualité.
- Autonomiser et développer les employés pour qu'ils effectuent efficacement leur travail en appliquant des méthodes standardisées
- Élaborer et réviser les instructions de travail selon les besoins
- Volonté de travailler l'après-midi

Qualifications requises :
- Poursuite d'un baccalauréat (étudiants de 2e, 3e et 4e années) dans l'un des domaines suivants : Commerce, Opérations, Ingénierie
- Capable de travailler à temps plein, 40 heures par semaine au Canada, et pour un mandat de 12 mois (3 semestres consécutifs) à compter de janvier 2026
- Haut niveau de compétences interpersonnelles pour travailler efficacement avec les autres, motiver les employés et obtenir du rendement au travail
- Doit être bilingue (anglais et français)
- Solides compétences organisationnelles, de résolution de problèmes et d'analyse
- Démontre un solide leadership et de solides compétences en communication écrite et verbale
- Grande capacité d'adaptation et capacité à travailler de manière indépendante et en équipe
- Connaissances numériques fondamentales, y compris une compréhension avérée de MS Outlook, Word, Excel et PowerPoint

Work Arrangement:
Onsite: This role is categorized as onsite. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to Montreal CCA PDC plant on a full-time basis.
The Role:
The Montreal Parts Distribution Centre is looking for a responsible, hardworking, and out-going Student Supervisor for a medium sized group of hourly employees for our warehouse operation! You will be responsible for timely shipment and/or receipt of parts by efficient utilization of labour and equipment. The selected candidate will provide mentorship and support for all warehouse staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintains safety and good housekeeping practices
- Maintains records to track and improve departmental performance
- Active involvement in the operation of the warehouse
- Assist with planning and scheduling of departmental staff
- Assist with training, staff meetings, and supervising staff with guidance of the General Supervisor
- Maintain awareness of quality standards, communicate departmental quality goals, and leverage resources to solve quality issues
- Empower and develop employees to effectively perform their jobs applying standardized methods
- Develop and revise work instructions as required
- Willingness to work afternoon shift
Required Qualifications:
- Pursuit of a Bachelor's (2nd, 3rd and 4th year students) degree in one of the following areas: Business, Operations, Engineering
- Able to work fulltime, 40 hours per week in Canada, and for 12-month term (3 consecutive semesters) starting January 2026
- High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others, motivate employees, and elicit work output
- Must be Bilingual (English & French)
- Strong organizational, problem solving, and analytical skills
- Demonstrates strong leadership and written/verbal communication skills
- Highly adaptable with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Fundamental digital literacy including proven understanding of MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
What will give you a Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous supervisory, or team leading experience
- Previous warehousing experience
- Project management experience
