Work Arrangement:
Onsite: This role is categorized as onsite. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to the Warren Tech Center on a full-time basis. Some internship roles require up to 25% domestic travel.

What You'll Do:
As a student in the Global Manufacturing Electrical & SDV organization, you will focus on delivering innovative manufacturing solutions that help support electrical first-time quality (E-FTQ) at our plants. You will:
- Help drive meaningful progress in vehicle electrical systems through hands-on projects and problem-solving.
- Foster a forward-thinking work culture that embraces change and navigates future organizational and industry challenges.
- Build and nurture strategic relationships across various functions including software, manufacturing, and program management to synergize efforts towards future innovations.
Examples of past intern projects include:
- Assist with writing manufacturing software code (using C++) that supports the next generation of vehicle electrical systems.
- Build easy-to-understand dashboards using Power BI to help manufacturing and engineering teams make data-driven decisions and solve the customer and plants' biggest problems.
- Help design innovative electrical tooling and equipment solutions that empower assembly plants to ensure the highest quality vehicle electrical systems and create the standardized work for use of this hardware.
- Designing and documenting a scalable test setup that provides shared power and network connections for vehicle electronic components.
Required Qualifications:
- Pursuit of a Bachelor's degree
- Must be graduating between December 2026 - June 2028
- Able to work fulltime, 40 hours per week during the summer months
- Must be willing to work in a plant environment

- High level of integrity, self-motivation, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Start dates for this internship role are May & June of 2026.
