HOW A PROGRAM MANAGER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

  • Provides technical engineering support to include Project Management, Requirements, Analysis, Systems Engineering, Operations and Maintenance, Network/Voice Systems Administration, system Security, and Configuration management for the FBI EVoIP and External Dialing infrastructure systems
  • Supervises all personnel engaged in the operation and support of EVoIP and External Dialing including all communications equipment in large scale or multi-shift operations.
  • Supervises complex operations that involve two or more additional functions such as, but not limited to, network operations, systems security, systems software support, and production support activities.
  • Leads team on large projects or significant segment of large complex projects.
  • Analyzes new and complex project related problems and creates innovative solutions
  • Involving scheduling, technology, methodology, tools, and solution components.
  • Communicating project requirements clearly
  • Creating a plan with incremental goals and deadlines
  • Planning and leading team meetings
  • Liaising between clients and team members
  • Delegating and assigning tasks
  • Ensuring deadlines are met
  • Identifying and mitigating obstacles
  • Writing project reviews and performance reports
  •  Overseeing documentation
  • Manages burn reports, invoicing, processing of quotes


REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS:

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:


EDUCATION: Bachelors and minimum of 6 years experience.

Substitutions Allowed: MA/MS-4 years; Doctorate Degree/Ph.D.-3 years, No Degree – 10 years


CLEARANCE:

Top Secret (TS) level with the ability to obtain access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI)

The likely salary range for this position is $137,530 - $186,070. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
