HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
- Responding timely to all customer inquiries via Jira, Slack and email.
- Initiating requests for quotes, creating and managing purchase requestions (PRs), and receiving orders.
- Updating and maintaining procurement and asset records in customer’s Atlassian Jira workflow, in addition to various internal GDIT processes (e.g., SC360, SharePoint, etc.).
- Tracking procurements against awarded contract funding.
- Creating Rough Orders of Magnitude (ROMs) for customers to establish funding for new procurements and renewals involving expansions/upgrades or other pricing adjustments.
- Initiating Procurement Requests or Funding tickets for customers in Atlassian Jira.
- Tracking and managing software, hardware, data center, training, and professional services renewals to ensure renewal in advance of expiration.
- Creating and managing Validation of Need (VON) tickets in Atlassian Jira for customer confirmation of renewals.
- Researching new products/services, working with vendor and customer to flush out requirements.
- Managing vendor relationships, coordinating meetings and communication with customer as needed.
- Creating and maintaining Product pages in Atlassian Confluence to include vendor points of contact, support information, and status reports on usage/services as appropriate.
- Providing license administration/management for specific tools procured on behalf of the customer, responding promptly to requests for license assignments.
- Coordinating on-going training for specific tools procured on behalf of the customer.
- Reviewing license assignments quarterly to ensure need is still valid and revoke licensing as needed.
- Assisting new GDIT staff and subcontractors in obtaining customer End User Accounts (EUAs) and required access.
- Maintaining Team Rosters in Excel and on Atlassian Confluence of GDIT staff and subcontractors working on contract.
- Assisting with input collection, compilation and management of monthly and quarterly contract deliverables and submitting to customer in advance of deadlines.
- Spearhead and drive innovation for day-to-day processes to improve the format and customer experience.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
- Education: Bachelors degree in related field or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience
- Required Experience: 3+ years relevant experience
- Required Technical Skills: Prior experience working on government procurement programs with inventory value of at least $50M; Microsoft Office Experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); Skilled in the Atlassian suite of products
- Security Clearance Level: No security clearance needed, however must be able to obtain a public trust investigation
- Required Skills and Abilities: Effective communication skills both orally and written; Effective organizational skills needed for position; Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Preferred Skills: Bachelor's degree; Experience with SC360 or other supply chain software/processes; Procurement/Asset Management experience; Advanced Excel knowledge; Familiarity with purchasing off GSA schedule; Contract Schedule Management
- Location: 100% Remote; Working Hours: Monday-Friday 9am to 5:30pm eastern time. All resources on the program must support occasional incident/issue during non-core business hours
- Residency Requirement: Must have been in the US for at least 3 out of the last 5 years; Must be a US Person (Green Card holder, US Citizen, US permanent resident, alien, refugee or asylee.); Work visa sponsorship will not be provided for this position

The likely salary range for this position is $62,050 - $83,950. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.Scheduled Weekly Hours:
