HOW A SYSTEMS ANALYST WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

  • Operational support for the Production Support team, develop maintain, and provision operational reports to provide status of operational activities.
  • Monitors system effectiveness for various batch process and web applications throughout the day and escalating anomality’s to Production Support Leads to satisfy user’s needs.
  • Manage Emergency Elevate process and communicate to MSPSC team and MSP Contractors
  • Create and update various reports and communicate Production Support Leads
  • Analyzes JIRA tickets for trending issues and ensure ticket assignments made timely.
  • Responsible for Production Support Help Desk and Service Request tickets assignments
  • Escalate identified production issues timely to Production Support Leads and/or appropriate team player
  • Maintain Management Off-Release Management Kanban board in SharePoint
  • Identify system enhancements and/or process improvements to reduce manual interventions and/or streamline technical, business and/or operational processes.
  • Prepares, updates and maintain Production Support documentation for operational processes, new or existing systems I.e. SOPs, FAQs
  • Develop knowledge of the various application business rules and business operations to meet the needs of the customer and not just system requirements.
  • Participates in special projects as required.
  • Other duties as assigned


WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

  • Required Experience: 1+ years of related experience as described above.
  • Knowledge/experience with SharePoint; working in JIRA ticket system
  • Experience interpreting data to draw conclusions and make formal decisions.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting, and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Experience with MS suite, specifically Excel and Word
  • Self-motivated and innovative: must be an independent worker who is comfortable gathering input, formulating a plan, and carrying it to fruition.
  • Organized, structured, methodical, and diligent; possess the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize issues and assignments.
  • Adaptable to shifting priorities and responsibilities. Thrive in a fast paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Able to work within a team independently.
  • Excellent people skills required to interact with teammates and build consensus around effective process and procedure while recognizing other priorities within the group.
  • Healthcare knowledge/experience, strongly preferred


LOCATION: Remote

CLEARANCE: Ability to obtain a Public Trust: candidate must have lived in the United States at least three (3) out of the last five (5) years and pass a public trust background investigation.

The likely salary range for this position is $62,962 - $85,100. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
