We are seeking a Site Manager for the JBLM MTC at Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM), WA. This MTC provides training support to I Corps, 7th ID, and JBLM units. Simulations Training for JBLM units at JBLM MTC.  All MTC functions are focused on ensuring Training Unit Commander (TUC) Training Objectives (TO) are achieved at every training event. This JBLM Task Order expands on GDITs capabilities which currently supports 15 Active Duty Army MTCs.

You will lead and be responsible for all contract activities at the JBLM MTC.  You will provide leadership, communications, and coordination with the Government Director and Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR).  You will also manage the business and technical efforts for our subcontractors to achieve program objectives. 

This is a challenging position and requires an individual with strong program and project management experience, superb communication skills, strong leadership, and proven ability to manage technical work efforts.

This is an open requisition for a new contract at JBLM.  If GDIT wins the contract, we expect to start performance in July 2025.

Basic Qualifications:

  • BS/BA degree required
  • Military Education Level (MEL) 4 or equivalent level military schooling.
  • 10 years of Military training and training support.
  • Operations and training requirements at the battalion, brigade, or higher level.
  • Background in training management.
  • Understanding of the Army Mission Command Training Support Program (MCTSP).
  • Served as a primary staff officer (or CSM) -OR- Senior Level (LTC/COL) FA-57 officer.
  • Simulations background.
  • Operations and training management background.:
  • Top Secret (TS) with the ability to obtain SCI

Preferred Skills:

  • Battalion/Brigade Command.
  • MEL-1 (or equivalent)

The likely salary range for this position is $136,000 - $184,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
