Our work depends on a Cyber Technical Analyst Advisor joining our team who has at least eight (8) years of cyber expertise in the area of operations, analysis and counter narcotics to support customer requirements. The position occasionally requires schedule flexibility to support activities off hours. 

HOW A CYBER TECHNICAL ANALYST ADVISOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

  • Support targeting and cyber operational management

  • Have familiarity with mobile and router operations and targeting, and a basic understanding of network operations

  • Use tools to review and identify opportunities for cyber and technical operations

  • Keep management and team members aware of the outcomes of any meetings and operational progress

  • Contribute to the team working as a cohesive unit addressing taskings, deconflictions, requirements, briefings, etc.

  • Provide mentoring to other officers on the team

  • Conduct technical analysis on the targets and networks

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

  • The position requires an active TS/SCI with Poly clearance

  • Bachelor of Science or better in Computer Science with a minimum of eight (8+) years as a Technical Targeter

  • Hard Target Language

  • Demonstrated experience with using and managing customer data repositories

  • Demonstrated experience in and knowledge of telecommunications; knowledge of cellular/computer/wireless networks, and the associated devices to identify vulnerabilities and opportunities to expand current operations

  • Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining contacts with appropriate Sponsor, or other organizations, and the Intelligence Community (IC) to effectively support the sharing of leads

  • The position is on customer site

Desired Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience providing actionable leads and detailed targeting packages to stations support customers

  • Demonstrated experience working as a targeter in or in support of the IC

  • Demonstrated experience in Python, BASH, and other computer programming languages

  • Demonstrated experience with in-depth research and analysis on commercial cryptographic trends as they relate to apps and telephones

  • Demonstrated experience using the Internet in an operational environment

  • Demonstrated experience reading or translating foreign languages, specifically Mandarin or Russian

The likely salary range for this position is $139,984 - $169,050. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
