Product Marketing Analyst

In the United States, we have a flexible hybrid work policy for employees who live within 30 miles of our office headquartered in New York City and our office in Seattle. Employees within the New York and Seattle metropolitan areas are expected to work from the designated office twice a week, unless there is a job-specific requirement to be in the office every workday. Employees outside of these areas are considered part of our remote-first workforce. We believe our hybrid approach for those near our NYC and Seattle offices increases productivity through more in-person collaboration where possible.

The Role: Product Marketing Analyst

Gemini is looking for a motivated individual with a deep understanding of the Web3 landscape to join as our Product Marketing Analyst, focused on go-to-market planning for the Gemini Credit Card.

The ideal candidate will be interested in learning a variety of areas within the marketing organization, comfortable with setting up a project plan and leading cross-functional projects including major product launches, while maintaining a strong focus on results. This position will play a role in the success of our product launches, and retention efforts, and support our growing customer base.

Success in this role requires a strong bias for action, a desire to find ways to improve our customer experience, and an interest in learning about cryptocurrency at a high growth startup.

Responsibilities:

• Support in developing and executing go-to-market plans for major launches associated with the Gemini Credit Card including project management, legal review process, content creation, and measurement post launch.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams including the Design, Comms, and Product teams, along with the rest of the marketing team, in order to successfully launch Credit Card features across all marketing channels.
• Track marketing results, share key insights and make recommendations to the broader team for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
• Ability to stay organized and project manage execution of marketing initiatives.
• Exemplifies high standards via attention to detail and organization.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with a strong eye for copy, creative and storytelling.
• Working knowledge of Product Marketing and an interest in developing a deep understanding of this area over time.
• Passionate about crypto and Web3.

Salary Range: The base salary range for this role is between $66,000 - $83,000 in the State of New York, the State of California and the State of Washington. This range is not inclusive of our discretionary bonus or equity package. When determining a candidate's compensation, we consider a number of factors including skillset, experience, job scope, and current market data.
