Job Description
Als Servicetechniker/in wohnen Sie idealerweise in Norddeutschland oder in der Nähe eines internationalen Flughafens in Deutschland, um eine effiziente Reisetätigkeit zu verschiedenen Standorten zu ermöglichen.
- Sie sind dafür zuständig, unsere hochmodernen additiven Metall-Drucksysteme zu installieren, zu warten und instand zu halten, um sicherzustellen, dass sie einwandfrei funktionieren.
- Sie werden genau dokumentieren, welche Serviceleistungen erforderlich sind und Kundenanfragen effizient über unser Service-CRM-System bearbeiten.
- Sie unterstützen Kunden dabei, unsere additiven Metall-Drucksysteme effektiv zu nutzen, indem Sie ihnen Fachberatung und Hilfe zur Verfügung stellen.
- Sie kümmern sich proaktiv und reaktiv um Wartungsarbeiten, um sicherzustellen, dass die Systeme störungsfrei funktionieren, und bieten unseren Kunden eine schnelle Notfallreaktion.
- Sie führen regelmäßige Systemprüfungen durch, halten sich an vorgegebene Betriebsabläufe und melden Abweichungen bei der Installation und Nutzung der Maschinen.
- Sie legen Wert auf den Aufbau enger Kundenbeziehungen, bieten individuelle Lösungen und erstklassigen Service, um die höchste Kundenzufriedenheit zu gewährleisten.
- Sie passen sich flexibel an veränderte Anforderungen und Situationen an, um die Qualität unserer Dienstleistungen auf einem hohen Niveau zu halten.
- Sie übernehmen die Verantwortung für Ihre Arbeit und stellen sicher, dass diese kontinuierlich den höchsten Qualitätsstandards entspricht.
Erforderliche Qualifikationen:
- Erfahrung im Kundendienst und im Fieldservice
- Technische Expertise sowie eine Ausbildung als Elektro- oder Maschinenbau-Techniker oder ähnliche Qualifikationen sind von Vorteil.
- Hohe Reisebereitschaft (bis zu 75%)
- EU-Arbeitsgenehmigung
- Sehr gute Deutsch - und Englischkenntnisse

- Detailed Documentation: Precision in documentation is crucial; you'll meticulously record service requirements as per specifications and efficiently manage customer cases through our service CRM.
- Customer Empowerment: Guide and support customers in effectively utilizing our additive metal printing systems, providing expert advice and assistance.
- Emergency Response and Preventive Care: Proactive and reactive maintenance to ensure uninterrupted operations and prompt emergency response for our clients.
- Operational Excellence: Conduct systematic system checks, adhere to defined operational frameworks, and report any deviations from machine installations and operations.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Foster strong customer relationships, delivering tailored solutions and exceptional service to ensure utmost satisfaction.
- Adaptability: Respond to changing demands and situations, adjusting strategies to maintain top-notch service quality.
- Accountability: Take ownership of your work, ensuring it consistently meets the highest quality standards.
Required Qualifications
To excel in this role, the following qualifications are necessary:
- Service & Field Services Experience: While experience is a requirement, we provide opportunities for professional growth in this role.
- Technical Expertise: A background as a trained electrical or mechanical engineering technician or similar qualifications are preferred.
- Willingness to Travel: Preparedness for travel to provide essential customer support.
- EU Work Permit: Must hold the right to work in the European Union, preferably for Germany.
- Effective Communication: Proficient oral and written communication skills in German and English are vital for this role.
