The LEAP Maintenance and Reliability Staff Engineer will be responsible for delivering reliability and maintenance cost model in LEAP-1A, LEAP-1B and LEAP-1C. This will include leading project team and/or delivering multidisciplinary tasks, and cooperating with Services, Life Cycle Engineering, Systems, Finance and Customer Technical Program organization to deliver expected results and improvements. This position offers development of statistical, analytical, project management skills and gives an opportunity to link technical depth with the commercial side of the Aviation.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Leading the development of Fleet Model
  • Cooperation with business partner
  • Performing reliability and maintenance analysis
  • Close cooperation with Services, Life Cycle Engineering, Systems, Finance and Customer Technical Program
  • Work with big data, analyze data and draw conclusions.
  • Give recommendations and lead solutions to meet the requirements.
  • Initiate and drive process improvements ideas.
  • Assure proper documentation of assigned projects and/or tasks consistent with policies and standard procedures.
  • Participate as a presenter in Technical Reviews
  • Taking part and driving LEAN activities
  • Qualification:
  • BSc/MSc in Engineering
  • Significant experience in the Engineering/Technology and Fleet Management
  • At least 3 years of experience in Project Management
  • Basic statistical and analytical knowledge
  • Proven experience in Microsoft Office package (Excel, Power Point)
  • Fluency in English
