Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage master planning, material processes and systems, prepare and update production schedules and purchasing needs for Jacksonville repair organization. Ensure operational alignment with production plan and KPIs. Optimize inventory and process improvements.
- Developing in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline. Uses prior experience and acquired technical expertise to execute policy/strategy.
- In-depth understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. In-depth understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.
- Uses some level of judgment and has ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters but with guidance. Uses prior experience and on-the-job training to solve straightforward tasks. Has access to technical skills and analytic thinking required to solve problems. May use multiple internal sources outside of own team to arrive at decisions.
- A job at this level is an individual contributor with proven leadership skills. The ability to lead and persuade team members across multifunction's is a necessity.
- Must be willing and able to work "casual" overtime at home or in the Plant as required.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 7 years of experience in material planning/scheduling)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in material planning/scheduling
Desired Characteristics
- Prior GE Aerospace experience
- Experience with capacity planning in the Aerospace industry
- CPIM certification preferred
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
- Established project management skills
The base pay range for this position is $83,800.00 - $139,900.00 . The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on May 20, 2024.
