The Lead Facility Controls Engineer will provide the compete engineering and design of facilities control upgrade projects, as well as engineering and design of newly installed systems.

Essential Responsibilities
- Capable of designing a web based fully integrated building automation system using Tridium Niagara 4 with a building graphical user interface that will be comprised of a network of interoperable, stand-alone digital controllers communicating on an open protocol communication network residing on/or through and Ethernet/Fiber System
- Assist in creation of Control Standards
- Develop System Sequences of Operations
- Troubleshooting local controllers, communication wiring, programs, and schedules to identify concerns and determine corrective action with the aid of hourly employees
- Continual Commissioning of Building Automation Systems
- Development of Energy Saving Strategies

Minimum Qualifications / Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree accredited college or university AND a minimum of 3 years of manufacturing engineering experience
- OR a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 7 years of experience in manufacturing experience

- Ability to create custom programming code using multiple programming languages
- Microsoft Visio Studios for Control Drawing Creations
- Familiar with latest ASHRAE Standards for Mechanical and Automation Systems Design
