In this role, you will directly report to the Avio Aero Industrial Relations Leader, and you will be responsible for handling major and complex assignments that have long-term business implications. You will manage intricate issues within your area of expertise and contribute to the overall company strategy. As a recognized expert in a specialized field, you will lead projects and initiatives with a broad scope.
This position involves significant responsibility in Union Relations, including providing strategic support, negotiating collective bargaining agreements, and resolving disputes. You will play a key role in formulating Union Relations strategies that align with business objectives and maintaining positive labor-management relations.

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities

• Provide strategic support and day-to-day leadership in Union Relations.
• Support the negotiation of collective bargaining agreements and resolve disputes at the terminal step of the grievance procedure.
• Contribute formulating Union Relations strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Represent the company in Union Relations matters with unions at a designated level.
• Integrate Union Relations strategies with company/business goals.
• Exercise good judgment and decision-making to maintain positive labor-management relations.
• Provide advice and counsel to management and HR on contract language interpretation and Union policies.
• Assist functional support groups (Finance/Labor Cost, Compensation, Employment, Benefits) in matters related to union-represented employee.
• Interface with Corporate Union Relations and Public Bodies as required.

• Master's degree in law or HR subjects, or significant experience in labor-management relations in an industrial environment.
• Excellent knowledge of office software.
• Deep Knowledge of labor cost and elements of lean manufacturing.
• Knowledge of national and local contracts.
• Fluent in Italian and English language.
• Work Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required.

• Additional Union Relations negotiations experience.
