Work on excel spreadsheets
Respond to employee inquiries
Work closely with HR to assist in
Control the Fleet of the company in Brazil
Manage the company gas cards
Responsible for the gas and fleet invoices
Assist with translating from Portuguese to English
Assist with reports for Brazil & Mexico
Requirements:
Fluent in English (speak, read, and write) and Portuguese
Study in a accredited University
Intermediate in excel
Respond to inquiries in a timely manner
Take direction well
Able to work 5 days at the office in Petropolis
