Job Description Summary
Drive optimal performance (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cash) and profitability through the Supply Chain for the Advanced Ceramic Coatings JV. This is a senior level role and requires in-depth understanding of how every action in the shop translates to the financials. In this role you will be responsible for all financial aspects of ACC, partner with CEO to set strategy, and conduct financial planning, forecasting, and analysis for the Board of Directors.
Job Description
Essential Responsibilities:
- Site/region strategy and execution of manufacturing finance activities, coordinating planning, pacing, and closing activities
- Own development of financial forecast, reporting, and analysis to support for the site
- Partner with the plant leadership team to help drive business outcomes and plan short and long term strategy
- Ensure accuracy of P&L and Cash Flow statements of the site
- Role is 100% onsite in Duncan, SC.

Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in Finance or Accounting
- 7+ years of experience in Finance or 5+ years supporting supply chain functions
Desired Characteristics:
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Cost Accounting experience
- Demonstrate ability to work strategically with both internal and external partners
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
- Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects
- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
- Established project management skills
- SAP working knowledge
