Digital Architect - Full Stack Software Engineer

Core Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement digital solutions to improve product assembly and testing processes.
  • Maintain and update an extensive library of legacy software, employing a variety of programming languages.
  • Utilize data-driven approaches to solve complex problems in assembly and testing, integrating both legacy and green field software technologies.
  • Lead projects with a focus on innovation and raising quality benchmarks, managing moderate complexities.
  • Develop and execute technical strategies, integration with external systems, and provide guidance to other team members.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree accredited college or university (or a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of experience in software engineering in an industrial environment) + Minimum of 3 years expertise in software engineering in an industrial environment.

Desired Characteristics

  • Preferred: BS in Computer Science, with strong skills in VB6/.Net, Python, VB Script, JavaScript, and various web technologies, complemented by a solid mathematical background.
  • A drive for self-improvement; this position requires continual learning of new technologies and skills.
  • Experience in Windows server administration.
  • Understanding of network protocols.
  • Knowledge of database systems like Access, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle etc.
  • Outstanding skills in data analysis, problem-solving, and project management.
  • Humble: respectful, receptive, agile, eager to learn
  • Transparent: shares critical information, speaks with candor, contributes constructively
  • Focused: quick learner, strategically prioritizes work, committed
  • Leadership ability: strong communicator, decision-maker, collaborative
