The Deputy Engineer will be responsible for handling end-to-end manufacturing and production processes, including BOM routing, MES routing, job release, material transactions, line issues handling and workflow management. The role involves working with Oracle, MES, PLM,ASCP and EYTC systems to ensure smooth operations, troubleshooting, and timely closure of processes.

Site Overview:
Our Multi-modal Manufacturing Facility (MMF) in Pune plays a crucial role in manufacturing key aerospace components, supporting not only India's defense and commercial sectors but also global aviation supply chains. Our relationships with Indian suppliers, combined with our world-class local facilities and global reach, continue to shape India's aerospace ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manufacturing Management :Oversee job release, job changes, and manual & job MO movements. Ensure smooth job closure and material transactions.
- BOM & Routing Management: Handle BOM, routing, standard operations, and resource allocation. Maintain and update MES routing and update documents Create and update Oracle and MES routing inputs.
- Item & Inventory Management: Manage item creation, item type update, and attribute modifications. Oversee sub-inventory transfers and material transactions.
- Process Improvement & Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve BOM vs. job variance issues. Troubleshoot ASCP-related problems such as missing buy parts. SOP & PQC creation and updation and release in system. Help call analysis and resolution
- HSN code creation : Manage HSN requests and assignments in Oracle Trade VIA.
- PLM :Check line issues and raise PLM issues. Ensure timely ECO implementation
- Testing & Integration: Conduct SIT and UAT testing as required. Work on system integration for better planning and coordination.
Ideal Candidate:
Someone with hands on experience of working on Oracle (Job Open, close and releasing) and BOM routing along with Inventory Management.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Should have Diploma in electrical / mechanical engineering or equivalent from a reputed college /university.
- Should Have Minimum of 5-8 years' hands on experience in Oracle Transactions
- Should have good excel skills.
