Job Description
Essential Responsibilities:
- Innovative Design & Analysis: Spearhead the design and analysis of cutting-edge fan and compressor configurations, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
- Leadership & Best Practices: Lead technical reviews, establish best practices, and continuously improve analytical tools to maintain our position as industry leaders.
- Global Integration: Collaborate seamlessly with our global team and coordinate efforts across various disciplines to drive cohesive and innovative solutions.
- Aero Technology R&D: Drive research and development in aerodynamics technology, contributing to the advancement of next-generation engines that will redefine the aerospace industry.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Master's in Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering with experience in turbomachinery aerodynamics.
- Strong understanding of fan and compressor aerodynamics and design.
- Experience in computational fluid dynamics, design optimization, and data analytics.
- Fluent in English.
Desired Characteristics:
- PhD in aerodynamics.
- Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative ability.
- Passion for technical excellence and self-motivation.
- Proficiency in German.
