On this position you will have opportunity to gain experience working on rotating parts and structures of turboprop engines.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

The Advanced Lead Engineer demonstrates leadership & accountability in communicating business goals, programs, and processes for an area or business segment. In this role you will utilize your experience or expertise to solve problems, develop and execute objectives for self and others, and have the ability to effect short-term and some long-term business goals.

  • Execute the design, analysis, or evaluation of assigned individual and team projects using sound engineering principles and adhering to business standards, practices, procedures, and product / program requirements.
  • Provide technical leadership to personnel/ cross functional teams supporting the assigned project, mentor less experienced engineers.
  • Lead or participate on teams assigned to address organizational initiatives and generic issues.
  • Participate as a presenter or reviewer in technical and program reviews.
  • Recommend, with guidance, the approach to meet the technical and program requirements.
  • Assure proper documentation of technical data generated for the assigned project and/or tasks consistent with engineering policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • MSc/BSc in Engineering.
  • Significant experience relevant to indicated position area of expertise.
  • Good level of English.

  • Strong technical attitude related to components and systems of increasing complexity.
