Oversees and/or performs overall preproduction plans for each of the new programs and participate and anticipates preproduction build/runs to drive customer satisfaction, anticipate and eliminate barriers on product fabrication and assembly to achieve right level of quality. Provide feedback on product development.
- Main link between program manager group (commercial group) and plant. Providing proactive feedback to Applications Engineer and commercial group ensuring manufacturability of the product and reliable process.
- Drive multi-functional team (Plant) to ensure NPI events on time at the plant
- Assure launches complying with GEM standards
- Suggest NPI, Application & Product engineers to improve product quality.
- Coordinates execution of preproduction plan within required specific machines and/or specific lines
- Responsible to develop overall program strategy at Plant level to meet Program milestones on time

Your profile
- 3-5 year minimum experience in product development and pre-production runs/builds.
- Bilingual in English is a must
- Project Management skills
- Familiar with Automotive Industry processes (e.g. APQP, Change control, SAP, and drawing/specification)
- Familiar with machining equipment and assembly of products desirable.
- Strong leadership skills
