Be a part of a team of Quality Engineers at the Presov plant that applies its expertise and knowledge in finding innovative, cost-effective means to improve quality output and continuous improvements. You will drive process initiatives that ensures compliance with customer requirements, regulatory agencies, government regulations and engineering specifications while instilling site accountability for governance of the Quality System, product acceptance and, product quality.
Solve problems where analysis of a situation is required in order to meet the requirements of the customer.
Uses problem analysis to proactively identify quality process solutions.
Provide analysis of data in support of quality and process improvements.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible of monitoring and lead on PPM of his areas (customer PPM, internal PPM, supplier PPM)
- Monitoring and daily leading of Cost per unit, propose actions, track evolution
- Bringing up to date and archiving process audit, product audit
- Analyses supplier nonconformities with SQA team (Quality notifications, handing over faulty pieces to depot)
- Verification of operators skills, registration and archivation of events
- Supports to close actions open by Quality Inspectors on daily audits, follow list of actions and ensure realization
- Supports and analyses quality process problems and incidents - solves them
- Participates at quality meetings (FMEA / RCA / CAR)
- Collects data for Process Capabilities Monitoring
- Manages capabilities documents, R&R and machines linearity
- Verifies masters situation and manage with Metrology, if necessary
- Updates and manages the quality alerts
- Checks and updates homologation documents
- Interprets execution drawings (tolerances, drawing specifics. and characteristics, Process Instructions - PDM)
- Supervises and trains operators for sorting on the line
- Participates at the elaboration and implementation of the quality system documentation
- Collaborates at closing the corrective and preventive actions concern to quality
- Participates at the homologation of processes, machines and control machines through R&R studies and capabilities
- Makes CAR, couch quality technicians and other colleagues
- Can decide the stop of the production line in case of a quality risk and informs his supervisor according to the escalation matrix
- Lead trouble shooting and root cause analysis activities in relation to deviation and quality issues
- Set up Quality monitoring procedures, evaluate performance and make improvement proposal
- Oversight of junior quality team members
- Stand in for Process Quality Leader
- Cooperate to build and keep working a Quality predictive model
WE VALUE:
- University degree in technical field
- 2 years of experience in production plant
- Knowledge of quality systems and metrics
- Green belt certified
- Knowledge of Zero Defect Strategy
- Good knowledge in root cause analysis and problem solving
- Excellent knowledge of product (e.g. turbo), it's manufacturing processes and its application.
- Advance PC operative systems know how
- Basic English language knowledge
- Ability to cooperate in collective
- Analytical thinking
