The position is of Customer Quality engineer. He/She should be able to handle the customer /s independently. He should be aware of PPAP process and its core tools. He should be convergent with 8D methodology. He should be aware of CSR.
Responsibilities :
- PPAP Approval - He/she shoal be aware of 19 elements of PPAP.
- He/she should be aware of the product development phases
- He/she should have a proactive approach to identify the risks and mitigation actions.
- He/she should have Indepth knowledge of SPC, MSA and CP.
- He/she should have hands full of experience in customer complain handling.
- He/she should be convergent with 8D methodology
- He/she should know the CAPA and 7 QC tools
- He/she should be able to drive the people in resolving the customer issues
- He/she should be proactive in meeting the metrices.
- He/she should have in depth knowledge of CSR and gap identification.
- He/she should have knowledge of customer experience and expectations.
