Use your expertise as a Maintenance Engineer to maintain and sustain manufacturing equipment and/or Garrett Advancing Motion building systems and components. You will provide support not only as it relates to understanding of the manufacturing equipment, but also a deeper understanding of operating principles and respective processes. You will be part of a group of highly committed professionals who provide expertise and ensure the success of maintenance engineering projects, programs and manufacturing equipment.
Use your maintenance engineering knowledge by working on exciting products and processes serving customers globally.
Solve maintenance problems where analysis of equipment is required in order to increase uptime to meet the requirements of the customer.

Provide technical support to the manufacturing equipment repair and process engineering organizations.
Main responsibilities
Guide the team in corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance activities, in order to keep the factory and its equipment in proper working conditions while meeting agreed KPIs and metrics. Monitor the performance of each collaborator, assist in resource management, and oversee day-to-day activities. Develop and report on KPIs, action plans, and maintenance improvements.
Requirements
- Engineering Bachelor's Degree
- Advanced English
- NR10 and NR12 Certification
- Minimum 3 years' experience acting as Engineer in the area and in the automotive industry.
