You will join a team of industry leaders and will be exposed to develop differentiated cutting-edge controls software, modelling techniques, optimization techniques, powertrain concepts, software tools. You will work in Agile environment and will enjoy a start-up atmosphere.
This internship position is based in Prague, Czech Republic.
Key activities:
- Development and testing of innovative software, software tools and algorithms for EV Powertrain and Vehicle Controls. Be part of a project with focus on Energy Management, EV Thermal Management, EV Powertrain, or Advanced Boosting.
- Development and testing of base and advanced controls algorithm with use of Model Predictive Control or other controls techniques, diagnostic and prognostic.
- Perform engineering simulation, run sensitivity studies, and do data analysis. Present results to key stakeholders and to the team.

Expectations:
- A passion for developing the automotive industry and the future of mobility, and an interest to learn.
- Knowledge of Control Engineering (electrical or mechanical), physics-based modeling in automotive systems, classical control, optimal control (e.g. MPC) and estimation theory (e.g. Kalman filtering).
- Experience with standard engineering tools like MATLAB / Simulink, basic programming languages (e.g. C), basic knowledge of embedded platforms for automotive (rapid prototyping systems, ECUs), willingness to learn new technologies and systems.
- Good command of the English language, communication and presentation skills
• Good communication skills in both written and spoken English (at least technical English level)
• Duration: 5 - 6 months
