Join Our Team as a Field Issue Resolution Manager for Zero Emission Vehicles Products!
Are you passionate about resolving customer concerns swiftly and effectively? Do you thrive in a dynamic environment where problem-solving is key? We're looking for a proactive Field Issue Resolution Manager to ensure our customers receive top-notch support throughout the product lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
- Lead problem-solving initiatives utilizing methodologies like Automotive 8D, DMAIC, or other Six Sigma tools.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Laboratories, Engineering Services, Product Experts, Manufacturing Plant, and Supply Base to expedite issue resolution.
- Collaborate with Electric Boosting and Fuel Cell Compressor GBE counterparts to address issues and incorporate lessons learned for continuous improvement.
- Evaluate drawings, specifications, and testing data to ensure product compliance and quality.
- Identify cross-functional resources required for product analysis and leverage them effectively.
- Conduct technical data analysis, deep dives, and generate comprehensive reports.
- Communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Interface with customers to provide updates on issue resolution status.
- Utilize data analysis tools to identify actionable patterns and interpret reliability estimates.
- Access OEM supplier portals and utilize warranty applications for efficient issue tracking.
- Understand production methods and processes for Mechatronic products, particularly when integrated into vehicle systems.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering with a minimum of 8 years' experience in Automotive Mechatronic engineering.
- Proficiency in problem-solving techniques and root cause analysis.
- Strong computer skills including Power Point and Excel.
- Exceptional leadership and communication abilities.
- Ability to conceptualize and document new issues effectively.
- Experience in Mechatronic product analysis is preferred.
- Bilingual proficiency in English; German is a plus.
- Knowledge of IATF 16949 Quality Management System requirements is advantageous.
- Six Sigma Green Belt certification is a bonus.
