Position Summary:
This role is one of the important key position in IT Commercial Excellence to handle CRM Salesforce technical related activities/developments/support.This role also handles CRM Projects with external vendors and act as an Technchnical SME ,Technical Reviewer and Project Manager from Garrett IT Commercial Excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
2.1
Technical Solution Design/Development
Provide Support towards Technical guidance, Architect and solution design to the team for SFDC development and Support Projects using Salesforce.com best practices approach.
Support to the business process automations using out of box functionalities /Standard configurations using force.com platform.
Have experience in customize or develop the Sales, Service and Marketing related functionalities in SFDC based on the business requirement using Apex, Visualforce Pages.

Required to Support or Implement the integrations between SFDC and other systems based on the business needs.
Should have the knowledge on Implementation of Sharing rules, Assignment rule, Validation rule, Assignment rule, Workflow rule or Process builder to automate the business process.
Required to help users develop or fine-tune the reports, dashboards in SFDC to get the data presentation to the Sales \support functions leadership team.
Required to Implement the App exchange products, if it is benefit for the business, when required.
2.2
Administration Support • Creating Users and setup Roles, Profiles, Permission set and assign licenses to the users.
• Dealing with SSO, two-factor authentication, and certificate problems.
• Unlocking user accounts or resetting passwords due to user forgetfulness.
• Adding new white-listed IP addresses.
• Helping users develop or fine-tune reports so they yield meaningful metrics.
• Troubleshooting email campaigns, workflows, approval cycles, or auto-responders that generate excessive bounced mails.
• Expanding or refining sharing rules and access privileges so records can be properly viewed and manipulated (while keeping the "special records" locked or hidden altogether).
2.3
Data Migration/System Integration • Experience in Supporting to the SFDC- MULE services integrations with SAP, ePeP, Market View and PQF Manager systems.
• Knowledge in Push Topic and Streaming API
Experience:
2-5 years experience in SFDC Dev/Support team
Minimum 2 years experience with Salesforce.com
Senior: strong knowledge and experience plus Salesforce.com certifications
Minimum experience with SFDC preferred. Senior: Good knowledge of SFDC modules and associated master data is a plus.
Senior: Experience with Automotive industry standards and processes of the region is required.
