Account Manager

In this role you will

  • Drive sales and sales support function that offers high quality and efficient service.
  • Lead cross functional team to meet customer & business expectations for performance, quality, capability, cost and timelines.
  • Develop and continually refine strategic business plan.
  • Drive sales and sales support performance.
  • Develop relationships with key customers, and identify future growth opportunities.
  • Work with sales leaders from other regions on national and international accounts.
  • Work closely with Integrated Supply Chain on plant selection and allocation processes
  • Prepare and submit quotations and negotiate new business opportunities.
  • Implement common sales procedures and tools.
  • Awareness of industry, market and legislative drivers that impact upon specific system business

Your profile

  • Fluent in Japanese and in English
  • Customer and results oriented professional.
  • At least 3 years of OEM Sales experience in similar function.
  • Strong Communication and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable dealing with customers at all levels throughout their organizational structure.
  • Position will require regular travel.

The Garrett Customer Management organization is responsible for developing and driving positive relationships with customers at a local, and ultimately, global level. We are the focal point between our customers and the Garrett Motion organization for everything from earliest concept and new technology discussions, through winning new business and executing production launches to managing aftermarket through to end-of-product life.
