- Site Location: Chandler, Arizona
- Set schedule, we have 2 shifts:
- Shift 1 - Saturday & Sunday 6:00pm to 6:00am; Thursday & Friday 10:00pm to 6:00am (40 hours per week)
- Shift 2 - Monday through Friday 2:00pm to 10:00pm (40 hours per week)
- Competitive hourly wage of $21.00

As a Security Operations Center Shift Supervisor, you will be working in the site's operation center room monitoring security for environments such as semi-conductor facilities, hospitals, retail stores, airports, detention centers, etc.

Responsibilities of Security Operations Center Shift Supervisor
- The facility is a chip plant with chemicals, radio frequency, and mechanical equipment
- The Shift Supervisor is SOC (Security Operations Center - Dispatch), will need to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- You oversee: scheduling, payroll, finding coverage, covering shifts as needed, and coaching/counseling
- SOC duties: managing multiple monitors, CCTV footage, badging and access control, act as an escalation point for security and site employees
- SOC includes monitoring fire life system, gas module alarms, coordinating Emergency Response Team and Emergency Services
- Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property, collaborate with law enforcement if needed
Qualifications of Security Operations Center Shift Supervisor
- You have an AZ Unarmed Security License (Required)
- Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED (Required)
- You have previous Security Operations Center/Dispatcher and Security Shift Supervisor experience
- You have a valid driver's license, clean MVR, and are 21 years of age or older (Required)
- Previous work experience on computer and previous job having main task using computers.
- You have CPR certification (We can assist with this!)
- Be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
- Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift
- If you have Military, Correctional Officer, or Law Enforcement experience – even better!
