As a GardaWorld Global Security Operations Center Intel Analyst, there is a high focus on customer service, vigilance, and providing protection and safety for our clients and their needs.
A Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) watchfloor analyst serves in a highly skilled position, performing a variety of crisis management and analytical functions in a 24/7 intelligence fusion center.  Watchfloor analysts are first line responders, responsible for addressing both symmetric and asymmetric situations as they arise.  Watchfloor analysts monitor current events, internal and external to the client, and provide information to key decision makers and managers.

Responsibilities of a Global Security Operations Center Intel Analyst

  •  Work in a 24/7 intelligence center environment 
  •  Monitor weather and report time-sensitive issues to Stellantis facilities and employees. 
  •  Assist local Security and Plant Management to manage crises affecting client facilities. 
  •  Administrate emergency mass communication system 
  •  Monitor video footage, security and fire alarms, and respond based on established protocols 
  •  Respond to crisis management situations by monitoring client phones and systems 
  •  Identify and report on existing and emerging security threats where client and/or its suppliers conduct business 
  •  Assist the GSOC Intelligence Manager in providing threat assessment and risk analysis 
  •  Document and route management related calls and/or provide general assistance using prescribed protocols 
  •  Gather information from multiple open-source intelligence sites using a variety of web-based tools 
  •  Perform record input utilizing the Microsoft platform to include, Excel, PowerPoint and Word 
  •  Perform event/incident mapping using geographical information mapping software such as Dataminr 
  •  Communicate through a variety of channels including e-mail, instant messaging, phone, etc 
  •  Operate the GSOC systems 
  •  Provide input on the development and improvement of intelligence reporting deliverables
Qualifications for Global Security Operations Center Intel Analyst
  • Be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Be able to provide documentation of a Bachelors Degree
  • Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Advanced phone & computer skills
  • If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
  • You have a state license if required
  • You have experience working in a command center or intelligence environment
  • You have analytical decision-making skills
  • You can compile sort and Interpret data
  • You are a problem solver 
  • You are able to forecast and predict
  • You are able to to input utilizing the Microsoft platform to include, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Can operate GSOC systems
