About the Role

Job Description Summary
Gap Inc. is seeking IGA Lead with 8 years of Identity and Access Management experience. The ideal candidate must have experience in developing and supporting enterprise Identity applications with proficiencies in Web Security, Application and Web-Service development, Cloud Infrastructure, Security and Application Infrastructure technologies.
What You'll Do

• Interact with cross functional stakeholders (HR, helpdesk, security) to manage and maintain knowledge of systems, policies, and procedures relevant to Gap's Identity management systems
• Works closely with project teams to identify key IAM technical requirements, prioritize requirements, catalog requirements, and assign them to project use cases and sprints.
• Assist in the design, development, implementation and maintenance of an enterprise-wide identity and access management infrastructure leveraging SailPoint IdentityIQ, Sailpoint ISC, LDAP, and Active Directory.
• Respond to tactical support escalations for critical issues related to identity and access management

Who You Are

• Comprehensive experience in implementing Sailpoint IdentityIQ , Sailpoint ISC
• StrongJava, BeanShell/JavaScript, JSP/Servlets, J2EE, SQL, PL/SQLdevelopment experience which is defined as 8+ years of enterprise application development
• Core knowledge of common identity systems and protocols including SCIM, OAUTH, and LDAP
• Experience in developing custom connectors, workflows, rules, user forms and Access Certifications in Sailpoint IdentityIQ
• Experience working with Relational Databases - Oracle, SQL Server, Azure SQL
• Experience working with LDAP directories, including Active Directory, Azure AD
• Experience with the following web technologies: XML, SPML/SOAP, Web and Application Servers (Tomcat and/or JBoss), HTML.
• Hands on experience in Customization of Access Request, Quicklink, User LCM, Certification, Custom workflows, forms, Rules, SailPoint IIQ API/ REST API etc.
• Implementation experience in Certification, Custom reports Auditing.
• Strong background in Agile project methodologies.
• Experience in Cloud Identity Governance for Azure and Google Cloud
• Implementation experience of IAM in the cloud using Open source or commercial platforms
• Ability to work in a team atmosphere and collaborate with others to establish and meet timelines with minimal oversight.
• Responsible for generating project documentation such as technical requirement catalogs, flow diagrams, and technical strategy presentations.
• Responsible for the development and implementation of the technical IAM organization-wide strategies based on a sustainable Plan, Build, Run model.
• Analyze and reverse engineer complex IT systems to provide recommendations and designs for improved security and process efficiency
• Mentor and guide team members on industry best practices and knowledge transfer sessions
