What You'll Do
  • Build strategic partnerships across HR Business Partners, brand or functional business leaders and other Gap Inc HR partners to develop and execute high impact talent strategies Provide talent development expertise when assessing capabilities to achieve specific business outcomes
  • Design and update learning solutions aid in employee growth
  • Facilitate learning content via multiple vehicles, such as instructor led training (ILT), leader led learning, web based
  • Manage project and program implementation creating a seamless, transparent employee experience
  • Manage budget tracking and expenses
  • This role will provide HR Business Partner support to Athleta brand in Canada.
  • Will also provide HRBP to all brands in Quebec and therefore must be fully bilingual.
  • Will be HR Generalist support to the HR Managers of the other brands.

  • Le titulaire de ce poste soutiendra les partenaires commerciaux des ressources humaines de la marque Athleta au Canada.
  • Il soutiendra également les partenaires des ressources humaines de toutes les marques au Québec et devra donc être parfaitement bilingue.
  • Il s'agira d'un généraliste des ressources humaines qui soutiendra les gestionnaires des ressources humaines des autres marques.
Who You Are
  • Continuous learner and possess an organizational savviness to build relationships across the company, understand the business needs and deliver results
  • Create with audacity, using your technical experience in adult learning theory and/or instructional design and leadership and functional development
  • Solid facilitation and communication skills with strong diagnostic skills in listening, probing and analyzing to translate business demands into development solutions
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite is a plus
  • Ability to assess relatively complex situations and analyze data to make judgments and recommend solutions
  • Multi unit HR Business Partner experience
  • HR Education completed or in progress
  • CHRP completed or in progress
  • Bilingual/French speaking

  • Vous êtes capable d'évaluer des situations relativement complexes et d'analyser des données pour porter des jugements et recommander des solutions
  • Vous avez une expérience de partenaire d'affaires en ressources humaines dans plusieurs unités
  • Vous avez suivi ou vous suivez une formation en ressources humaines
  • Vous avez obtenu la désignation de CRHA ou vous allez l'obtenir
  • Vous êtes bilingue/francophone
