Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assist warehouse manager in organizing, planning, and implementing inventory strategies.
- Manage and lead a team of 2-3 employees.
- Assist warehouse manager in maintaining accountability of inventory in the warehouse and at events.
- Ensure schedules, tasks, and objectives are met by contractors and hourly employees in the warehouse.
- Assist in packing and shipping packages and equipment - whether supplies for events or virtual event fulfillment.
- Assume responsibilities in the absence of the warehouse manager.
- Responsible for receiving shipments, stocking, accurate picking of shipments, packing, and shipping while meeting company standards of safety, quality, and productivity.
- Organize and properly pack boxes in preparation for shipping.
- Loading and unloading trucks and properly storing items in the warehouse.
- Safely operate power equipment as needed.
- Unload, break down, and store inbound shipments.
- Perform other warehouse duties as needed.
Core Requirements:
- Minimum High School Graduate/GED
- Supervisory position for a minimum of 12 months
- Excellent verbal communication, and the ability to convey information clearly and effectively
- Strong leadership abilities and initiative
- Be able to lift 40lbs without assistance
- Be able to travel when required (typically 8-12 events per year)
- Excellent delegator and mediator
- Great interpersonal skills and customer service
- Quick decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- Passionate and enthusiastic for the event industry
- Work towards acquiring Commercial Driver's License (CDL - class C)
- Great work ethic
- Legal right to work in the United States

The annualized base salary for this role will range between $40,000 and $50,000. Variable compensation is not reflected in these figures and based on the role, may be applicable. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, location, and union representation, if applicable.
