Director, Product Management
We are seeking an accomplished and strategic Director of Product Management to lead our Social and Targeted Email Marketing product suite. This position plays a key role in developing innovative, data-driven solutions designed to optimize marketing performance, automate campaigns, and enhance ROI for our clients. The successful candidate will own product strategy and execution from concept to commercial success, working cross-functionally with engineering, design, data, sales, client success, and go-to-market teams.
Key Responsibilities
Product Lifecycle Management
Develop and own the product roadmap for marketing solutions in alignment with company objectives.
Utilize market research, customer insights, and data analytics to identify opportunities and deliver distinctive products.
Oversee all phases of the product lifecycle-including planning, development, launch, and maintenance-working closely with engineering, design, and sales to ensure alignment on launch timelines, feature priorities, and quality standards.
Drive cross-functional initiatives by facilitating collaboration between engineering, design, data, and go-to-market teams; achieve consensus on critical product decisions and ensure successful, timely launches.
Define and leverage KPIs and performance metrics to monitor product adoption and ROI, iterating on solutions based on data-driven insights to continuously optimize outcomes.
Deliver clear, consistent communication to stakeholders at all levels by providing regular product updates, status reports, and enabling materials such as training sessions, documentation, and support resources for sales, marketing, and client success teams.
Engage directly with clients and partners to uncover opportunities, validate product direction, and guide innovation in response to evolving market needs.
Sales Support & Go-To-Market Enablement
Collaborate with the Sales team to deliver pre-sales technical expertise and product solutions.
Create and present comprehensive support materials that clearly outline solution options and their associated benefits.
Work jointly with Sales and Marketing to develop strategic positioning, pricing models, and launch plans.
Experience and Skills
10+ years in product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within SaaS, preferably in marketing or advertising technology
Strong understanding of AdTech/ MarTech ecosystems, marketing automation, analytics, and customer engagement platforms
Familiarity with SaaS architecture, APIs, and integrations with CRM, CDP, and third-party ad ecosystems like Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.
Strong ability to use data to inform strategy, measure ROI, and guide decisions.
Strategic thinker with excellent communication, stakeholder management, and execution skills
Experience delivering end-to-end product roadmaps, balancing technical depth with business outcomes and timely execution
Experience representing product in client and partner conversations, translating business needs into actionable product plans
Understanding of Agile product development cycles, delivering incremental value while aligning with long-term strategy
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred

The annualized base salary for this role will range between $160,000 and $170,000. Base compensation is reflective of many factors, including, but not limited to, the market in which one lives/works, individual education level, skills, certifications and experience. Note: variable compensation is not reflected in these figures and based on the role, may be applicable.
