• Enter ads into AdBooker, G3, and Wave2 systems with speed and accuracy.
• Run reports (Crystal Reports) for manifests and affidavits.
• Manage ad trafficking and coordinate placements across platforms.
• Handle phones, check messages, and keep things running smoothly.
• Collaborate on special promotions with multiple departments.
• Analyze data using Microsoft Office tools.
• Juggle multiple inboxes and keep communication flowing with sales reps and customers.

• Eagle-eye attention to detail and top-notch spelling/grammar.
• Discretion with confidential information.
• Typing speed of 50+ WPM.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Clear, confident, and friendly communication-especially over the phone.
