  • Location: Remote, based in Asheville, NC (local client meetings required)
  • Compensation: Base Salary + Uncapped Commission, Benefits, Expenses, Unlimited Vacation

About the Role

We're seeking a dynamic, results-driven Account Executive to join our In-Market Sales Team. This role is ideal for a consultative seller with a strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including AdTech and MarTech platforms. You'll be responsible for identifying and closing new business, and delivering integrated marketing solutions that drive measurable results.

  • Email Marketing Campaigns
  • Customer Journey Mapping
  • Advanced Analytics & Attribution Modeling
  • Personalization Engines
  • Content Management Systems (CMS)
  • Website Development & SEO
  • SEM & Paid Search
  • Social Media Advertising & Management
  • Online Reputation & Listings Management
  • Event Marketing & Sponsorships
  • Interactive & Immersive Ad Experiences

What You'll Do

  • Prospect and close new business using a consultative, insight-driven sales approach
  • Conduct in-person meetings and virtual presentations with local clients
  • Develop tailored marketing strategies using data-driven insights and platform capabilities
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and client services teams
  • Stay current on industry trends in AdTech, MarTech, and digital media

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience in digital media, SaaS, or marketing technology
  • Proven track record of creating and selling custom multi-tactic digital advertising campaigns and closing business, including mobile platforms, SEO/SEM, Targeted Email, Social, and other offerings. (Google AdWords, Analytics certifications are preferred but not required).
  • A True Hunter mindset with a passion for solving client marketing challenges
  • Proven success selling AdTech or MarTech solutions
  • Strong understanding of digital KPIs
  • Experience with tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Valid driver's license & Vehicle insurance is required (at least minimum insurance required for the state in which the employee works).
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
