Account Executive - Automotive Marketing Team

We're looking for an Account Executive who thrives on driving growth, building relationships, and delivering exceptional results. If you're motivated, resourceful, and ready to be part of a team that's changing the way dealerships grow their business, this is the role for you.

What You'll Do

  • Drive new business growth, product penetration, upsells, and account retention.
  • Build strong relationships with senior executives at local dealerships and rooftops.
  • Deliver face-to-face sales calls, retention meetings, and campaign reviews with insights and recommendations.
  • Partner with Client Success Managers to create and deliver custom ROI-driven solutions.
  • Manage your pipeline in Salesforce, accurately forecast, and stay focused on revenue goals.
  • Develop account plans and strategies that expand market share within the major automotive segment.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5+ years of successful sales experience, with a track record of hitting and exceeding goals.
  • Strong understanding of digital media platforms and solution-based selling.
  • Proven ability in client growth, retention, and upsell.
  • Experience in Salesforce (or another CRM) and comfort in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.

The annualized base salary for this role will range between $65,000 and $70,000. Variable compensation is not reflected in these figures and based on the role, may be applicable. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, location, and union representation, if applicable.
